Jesse Shoemaker

CEO and Founder

Mr. Shoemaker has been a resident of Texas since 1986. After attending elementary school in Austin, he moved to Pflugerville to complete his primary education in the public school system. Wanting to accomplish athletic goals while simultaneously pursing an Ivy League education, Mr. Shoemaker went to the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. During the four years at Penn, Jesse competed in NCAA Division I Track & Field (pole vault) in addition to making the Dean’s List on numerous occasions. After receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree in 2005, majoring in Economics with an African Studies minor, Mr. Shoemaker lived in Breckenridge, CO, before beginning his legal education at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. While in law school, Jesse was actively involved in the legal community – he was a member of both the Environmental Law Society and Entertainment and Sports Law Society, mediated cases in North County Small Claims Court and the Kearny Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility, and interned for the Law Offices of Randall C. Rechs, Law Office of Theresa de Alejandro, PLLC., and Bowie Law Firm, P.C. Nevertheless, Mr. Shoemaker continued to excel academically, twice making the Dean’s List and graduating early with a Juris Doctor degree.

After passing the Texas Bar Exam on his first attempt, Mr. Shoemaker started his practice in his hometown, Pflugerville. Here he represents people needing criminal defense assistance primarily in the counties of Travis and Williamson. Part of Mr. Shoemaker’s practice also involves counseling clients in ways to better themselves in the hope that they will avoid future representation by an attorney. In addition to his regular practice, Jesse accepts appointments from the County Courts in Williamson County and Travis County.

Mr. Shoemaker strives to give his clients the attention and respect they deserve. He maintains open lines of communication so that his clients are fully informed of the progress of their case. The Law Office of Jesse R. Shoemaker guarantees representation by an attorney with the highest ethical standards, who provides services for a reasonable fee, and who is available when clients are in need. Mr. Shoemaker works with the intention of obtaining the fairest, most just and reasonable disposition of his clients’ case.
